1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") govern the relationship between rupiah138 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the services available at https://rupiah138.cam (hereinafter referred to as "you", "the User", or "Member").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or otherwise using any feature of the rupiah138 platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform. rupiah138 reserves the right to revise, update, or supplement these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement unless the context otherwise requires:

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register for and maintain an Account on rupiah138, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by individuals under this age is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any Account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
• Jurisdiction: You must access and use the Platform only from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming activities in your jurisdiction before registering.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of rupiah138 or any of its affiliated companies, software suppliers, or service providers.
• Single Account: You may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Registering multiple Accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and KYC must be true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

4 Account Registration and Security

To register an Account, you must complete the online registration form and provide all mandatory information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. rupiah138 uses this information to create your Account and to comply with its anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations.

Upon successful registration, you will be required to complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawals are enabled. KYC documentation typically includes:

• Proof of Identity: A valid, government-issued photo identification document, such as a Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the preceding three (3) months, showing your full name and residential address.
• Selfie with ID: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document, taken against a plain background.
• Source of Funds (where required): Documentation evidencing the lawful origin of funds deposited, which may be requested at rupiah138's sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You must notify rupiah138 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account. rupiah138 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). rupiah138 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to Malaysian players, including but not limited to: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT.

The following conditions govern all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM30, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method on the Cashier page.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. Third-party transfers are not permitted.
• KYC Prerequisite: Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed. rupiah138 reserves the right to withhold processing until all required documents have been reviewed and approved.
• Processing Times: We target processing times of within minutes for verified accounts using DuitNow, FPX, and major e-wallets. Actual processing times may vary based on the payment provider, banking hours, and the volume of requests at any given time.
• Transaction Monitoring: All deposits and withdrawals are subject to automated and manual monitoring for the purposes of fraud prevention and AML compliance. rupiah138 may request additional documentation to verify the source and legitimacy of any transaction.
• Cryptocurrency Transactions: Where cryptocurrency is used, the conversion rate applied will be the prevailing market rate at the time the transaction is processed. rupiah138 accepts no liability for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

rupiah138 offers a range of promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with this Agreement.

The following general principles apply to all bonuses and promotional offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not been used or wagered within the validity period will be automatically removed from your Account without notice.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports betting, and certain other game categories may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Check individual promotion pages for specific contribution rates.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your Account at any given time, unless otherwise specified.
• Abuse Policy: rupiah138 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and close an Account where it reasonably suspects that a player is abusing the bonus system, including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Opt-In: No bonus will be applied to your Account without your explicit opt-in. Review all terms before claiming any offer.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the rupiah138 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to law enforcement:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or through the use of another person's identity or false information.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or permitting any person under that age to access the Platform through your Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, sports manipulation, or collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise circumvent the Platform's security systems, game engines, or software.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful activity, including the proceeds of money laundering.
• Engaging in any form of chargeback fraud, including disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or payment provider.
• Making abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communications through the Platform's support channels or live chat facilities.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account credentials or any funds in your Account to any third party.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the rupiah138 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game titles, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of rupiah138 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from rupiah138.
• Create derivative works based on any content or software on the Platform.
• Use rupiah138's trademarks, logos, or brand name in any manner without express written consent.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rupiah138 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or revenue resulting from technical malfunctions, server outages, network disruptions, or any interruption to the Platform's services.
• Errors in any game, bet settlement, or odds calculation that are subsequently corrected in accordance with these Terms.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, or FPX.
• Losses arising from a failure to comply with these Terms, including ineligibility to claim a bonus or the cancellation of a promotional offer.

rupiah138's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the value of the Wallet Balance held in your Account at the time the cause of action arose.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

rupiah138 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account, and to withhold or void any Wallet Balance or pending winnings, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of this Agreement or any supplementary policy published on the Platform.
• rupiah138 has reasonable grounds to suspect that your Account has been used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal purpose.
• You have provided false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent verification process.
• You are found to have registered multiple Accounts on the Platform.
• Your Account has been inactive (no login or transaction activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
• rupiah138 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement directive.

You may also request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any Wallet Balance (excluding Bonus Funds and their associated winnings) will be returned to you via your most recently used verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Players who wish to utilise our responsible gambling self-exclusion tools may do so by visiting the Responsible Gambling section of the Platform. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt.

11 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rupiah138 is licensed to operate. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — including any question regarding its existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall first be submitted to rupiah138's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, you must contact our support team at [email protected] in writing, clearly identifying the nature of your complaint and the resolution you seek. rupiah138 will acknowledge your complaint within three (3) business days and aims to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body specified by our licensing authority. Details of the applicable ADR body will be provided upon request or at the time of escalation.

12 Amendments to These Terms

rupiah138 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Where we make material changes to the Terms, we will notify registered Members via the email address on file or by publishing a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage.

Changes take effect upon the date specified in the notice, or — where no specific date is stated — immediately upon publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 10. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
